Advocate Francesca Cappellini

Advocate Francesca Cappellini obtained her degree in Law at the University of Florence, with a thesis on History of Encodings of European States.
She has been a member of Poli Avvocati since 1998.
She has been councilor, treasurer and founder of the Civil Chamber of Florence since 2002.
She is a member of the Executive Committee of Le Corti Fiorentine”.
She is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court, and is registered within the register of arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber of the Civil Chamber of Florence.
During her career she has acquired significant competences in various areas of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law as well as in Private International Law.
